Kharmayne has over 15 years of experience and has been in a variety of roles across Finance, Operations, Marketing, Consulting and in the last 10 years in Human Resources.
She is currently an Executive Consultant & Coach with a globally recognised multinational organisation focused on talent development, solutions and performance.
Prior to this, she has been a Global Senior HR leader and prior to that has also been in a variety of strategic Asia Pacific HR roles for an iconic multinational organization, supporting businesses within the organisation with revenues ranging from USD$250M – USD$4 billion, and up to 3,500 employees.
She has a proven track record in developing innovative HR strategies and vision and has led, designed and implemented large global business initiatives and transformations alongside successfully facilitating and coaching senior executives and leaders, managers, individuals and teams to achieve their respective individual, team and business goals.
She specialises in change management, organisational design and development, human capital strategies for investment (organic growth), mergers and acquisitions (inorganic growth), restructuring initiatives, workforce planning, performance management, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, executive coaching and leadership development
